Labgrãos recently carried out technical training focused on soy classification, aimed at interns and members of the laboratory team. The activity aimed to strengthen the practical training of participants in the procedures for analysis, standardization and evaluation of grain quality, in line with the requirements of the storage and agro-industrial sector.
The course was taught by an official classifier accredited by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA), providing participants with direct contact with the technical criteria used in the official classification of soybeans in Brazil. During the training, topics related to the identification of defects, assessment of impurities, humidity, damaged grains and other parameters used to determine product quality were covered.
In addition to the theoretical content, the interns participated in practical activities in the laboratory, using real samples and equipment used in grain classification routines. The initiative reinforces Labgrãos' commitment to the technical training of its employees and continuous qualification in the areas of post-harvest, storage and grain quality control.
The action is part of the internal training activities promoted by the laboratory, seeking to bring trainees closer to the technical and operational demands found in the agricultural and agro-industrial sector.
